I am a Public Health Consultant and Researcher focusing on Hispanic issues in the Tampa Bay area. I have a professional background in General Dentistry in Colombia, my native country. I have collaborated in research studies related to cancer prevention, smoking cessation, breastfeeding and disaster recovery. My most recent participation in research studies and consulting projects concentrated on emotional adaptation, community resilience post-disaster and the Mental Health First Aid initiative.
